Katie M. Mills is a partner at Gordon & Rees's Pittsburgh office and is a member of the Healthcare and Professional Liability Defense practice groups. She concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of health law business and medical malpractice defense litigation. She has represented a wide array of healthcare providers in western and central Pennsylvania and northwestern West Virginia, including nationally-recognized hospitals and community hospitals, as well as nursing homes, physicians, certified registered nurse anesthetists, registered nurses, and technicians. She has assisted in various medical malpractice trials, arbitrations, and mediations and has successfully argued multiple pre-trial motions in Pennsylvania state court matters.

Ms. Mills served as a law clerk to The Honorable Kathleen A. Durkin of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Criminal Division, and as a law clerk at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
