Ms. Murphy works on a broad range of product liability, toxic tort and general commercial litigation matters from inception to trial. She has wide-ranging litigation skills in a variety of roles, from personally handling individual cases throughout New York State to overseeing and providing strategic direction on a state-wide level for various clients and working as national coordinating counsel for clients managing and controlling litigation on a countrywide basis. Ms. Murphy has represented numerous product and equipment manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners in matters where she provided risk analysis, developed and implemented legal strategy, interviewed corporate witnesses, coordinated discovery, developed experts, taken and defended fact and expert witness depositions, prepared corporate witnesses for depositions, drafted and argued motions in state and federal courts, conducted settlement negotiations, and second chaired trials.
