Kieran McNamara is an Associate in the New Jersey office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Kieran represents a clients in a wide variety of matters, including pre-trial discovery, motion practice, and eventual resolution of the matter.
Prior to joining GRSM, Kieran's practice primarily focused on Insurance Fraud Litigation, representing large insurance carriers in actions against a variety of medical providers for violations of the New Jersey Fraud Prevention Act. Kieran has also investigated and made recommendations to insurance carriers regarding the validity of claims for benefits, and represented these carriers in any subsequent litigation. He also has significant experience in all aspects of Estate and Chancery matters, assisting clients in Estate preparation and litigation, as well as receiving Court appointments to serve as counsel and Temporary Guardian for Alleged Incapacitated Persons. Following law school, Kieran served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Radames Velazquez, Jr., P.J.F.P in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County.
