Kimberly Sheridan is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. Ms. Sheridan specializes in cases involving contracts and business torts. Her experience includes handling all aspects of litigation, from case investigation through and including trial.
In addition to her focus on commercial litigation, Ms. Sheridan has substantial experience in a broad range of practice areas including construction litigation, creditor’s rights work, real estate and employment law.
For example, Ms. Sheridan represents companies in all aspects of employment law, including tort and contract claims, employment discrimination and sexual harassment litigation, employee benefits litigation, labor matters, ADA claims, violation of non-compete agreements, and retaliation claims.
