Kimberly Sheridan is a partner in the Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Construction practice groups. Ms. Sheridan specializes in cases involving contracts and business torts. Her experience includes handling all aspects of litigation, from case investigation through and including trial. Ms. Sheridan also represents companies in all aspects of employment law, including tort and contract claims, employment discrimination and sexual harassment litigation, employee benefits litigation, labor matters, ADA claims, violation of non-compete agreements, and retaliation claims.

In addition to her focus on commercial litigation and employment law, Ms. Sheridan has substantial experience in a broad range of practice areas including construction litigation, creditor’s rights work and real estate litigation.
