Kirsten M. Gough is an associate in the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She specializes in the defense of complex environmental claims, and mass toxic tort and product liability actions. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Gough was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm where she represented a Fortune 100 company in a variety of asbestos and toxic tort cases across Illinois and Missouri. During law school, she interned in the Civil Division of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office, District of New Mexico.
Ms. Gough graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where she was active in the Student Bar Association Honor Council and served as an Executive Editor of the Journal of College and University Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Gough graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico where she was a member of several academic honor societies (Sigma Tau Delta, Alpha Kappa Delta, National Society of Collegiate Scholars), and served as a tutor and regular volunteer at a local food shelter.
