Lauren Oelrich is a senior counsel in the Pittsburgh office. She is a member of the firm’s Energy, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Ms. Oelrich’s practice involves counseling multiple upstream exploration and production companies on high-volume transactional matters in Appalachian Basin, including conducting asset due diligence, preparation of certified title opinions for mineral ownership, coal, railroads, roads, and pipelines, as well as the management and preparation of curative on major property acquisitions.
Ms. Oelrich is also skilled in the preparation of residential and commercial lending and closing documents, including purchase agreements, mortgages, promissory notes, deeds, as well as conducts real estate closings in Pittsburgh and the neighboring counties.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Oelrich worked in the oil and gas group of a regional law firm, Ms. Oelrich also has a title abstracting and management background, as well as international commercial experience working for joint venture of an international nuclear company in Nantong, China.
