Lori Brown is the Assistant Managing Partner of the Phoenix office of GRSM. With a robust legal background, Lori focuses her practice in the areas of Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Professional Liability.

Lori’s legal journey began with a prestigious internship at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C., where she gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of employment law. Over the years, she has honed her skills in private practice, providing strategic counsel to clients in navigating complex business disputes and adeptly defending businesses against employment-related claims. She also served as an unemployment insurance hearing examiner in the Appeals Division for the State of Maryland's Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation.

In her current role, Lori is a trusted advisor to clients across Arizona, Nevada, and Utah, offering invaluable guidance on a wide range of employment-related legal matters, with a strong emphasis on proactively preventing litigation. She also conducts training seminars, educating employers on the latest legal developments and challenges they may face.

Lori’s practice extends to vigorously defending employment, commercial litigation, and professional liability cases in both state and federal courts, consistently obtaining favorable results for her clients.

Lori earned her undergraduate degree from George Washington University with honors, graduating cum laude. Her pursuit of legal excellence continued at Emory University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.
