M. Bart Johnston is an associate in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation, construction defect litigation, and professional liability defense. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees in the summer of 2017, Mr. Johnston spent two years as a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.

During law school, Mr. Johnston worked as a judicial intern to a magistrate judge of the United States District Court. He also worked with the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office and was a legal intern for two litigation firms in Boston.

Biography

M. Bart Johnston is an associate in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation, construction defect litigation, and professional liability defense.
