Meeta T. Dama is an associate in the Atlanta office of Gordon & Rees and a member of the Employment Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Dama gained a broad range of legal experience in both Georgia and California. Ms. Dama began her legal career in Los Angeles where she served as a law clerk for United State Magistrate Judge Jennifer Lum, in the Central District of California, and practiced with a boutique litigation firm. In Atlanta, Ms. Dama previously practiced with a small litigation firm specializing in First Amendment work, and spent nearly four years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia representing state agencies and government employees in federal constitutional litigation. Immediately before joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Dama served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine M. Salinas, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta, Georgia.
