Quinn Murphy brings over 20 years of legal and trial experience to the firm. His practice focuses on business, construction, and commercial litigation. Quinn has represented contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, real estate developers in litigation throughout the United States. He is a trial lawyer with significant trial experience in state and federal court. In addition to his significant first chair trial experience, Quinn has successfully mediated and arbitrated disputes to resolution in Florida, Illinois, Missouri, California, New York, and throughout the United States.
A creative thinker, Quinn's ability to serve his clients relies not only on deep knowledge and experience but also on his capacity to creatively solve common problems in non-traditional ways. If a resolution cannot be reached, Quinn's clients rely on him as a strong trial attorney, and his ability to "connect with a jury" has resulted in numerous favorable verdicts and awards for his clients at trial.
Quinn spent the first eight years of his career with a large international firm that today is the largest law firm in the world. Thereafter, Quinn was a partner at two mid-to-large-sized Midwest law firms, where he represented clients in a wide range of business, commercial and construction litigation matters.
A former Drury University and Missouri State University basketball player who played for Coach Charlie Spoonhour prior to his move to St. Louis University, Quinn is an avid competitor, who feeds his competitive spirit with mixed martial arts, kickboxing and CrossFit. He and his wife, who played college volleyball, take an active role in their two children’s lives, coaching sporting teams and attending games and swim meets. When time permits, he also enjoys watching movies and reading books about outdoor adventure and science fiction.
