Natasha Sarah-Lorraine Banks is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Gordon & Rees where she focuses her practice on employment matters and business litigation defense.
With almost a decade of prior career experience in sales, business management, and staffing & recruiting, Ms. Banks utilizes her business development and business acumen to offer savvy solutions and render effective legal advice and counsel which strengthens her rapport with every client. Ms. Banks represents clients in all areas of labor and employment litigation including, but not limited to, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, employment discrimination and retaliation claims, harassment, wage and hour disputes, collective action matters, employment policies and procedures, employment contracts, and restrictive covenant disputes. Ms. Banks also has experience as a litigator for condominium associations, property owner associations, and homeowner associations throughout metropolitan Atlanta.
Ms. Banks has served as a panelist/guest speaker on the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and best practices for employers on various topics (i.e., conducting background checks for employment purposes, document retention, etc.). Ms. Banks received her J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, where she was a member of the Mercer Law Review.
