Nicholas M. Krebs represents and advises individuals, businesses, and non-profits in litigation and disputes as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group at Gordon & Rees. His experience includes representing sophisticated clients in the real estate, entertainment, hospitality, financial, and medical industries across a diverse range of claims and venues.

Mr. Krebs routinely handles all aspects of litigation, navigating his clients through the legal process to achieve successful, lasting, and efficient results. As an advocate both inside and out of the courtroom, he draws upon his intimate understanding of judicial decision making and civil procedure to produce winning strategies in disputes large and small.

Prior to private practice, Mr. Krebs clerked for judges on the Los Angeles County Superior Court where he was responsible for the daily law and motion calendars in the nation’s largest trial court system. His training includes externing with judges on the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals while in law school.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Krebs maintains an active presence in the legal community as a member and leader with local bar associations. His work includes award-winning and peer-reviewed publications in national journals, as well as providing pro bono legal services for indigent veterans.
