Probal G. Young is Senior Counsel in the Orange County office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Tort & Product Liability practice group. He is an experienced litigator with hundreds of successfully-settled cases, as well as several trials to verdict and binding arbitrations. He defends major corporations not only in products liability cases, but also in catastrophic personal injury actions and landlord-tenant habitability actions. Specializing in the defense of environmental claims, Mr. Young has closed several CERCLA and Superfund sites and has defended a wide array of developers and general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in construction litigation. Mr. Young has significant experience with other civil actions, including but not limited to the representation of HOAs, defense of ADA claims and other groups and individuals. Mr. Young also represents several television personalities in the Los Angeles areas in contract and other negotiations, as well as general management and agent roles.

While in the Bay Area, Mr. Young taught several law school and paralegal program classes at JFK School of Law. Presently, Mr. Young is an Associate Professor of Law at Irvine University College of the Law in Los Angeles County. Mr. Young also presents webinars for the Continuing Education of the Bar.
