Ronit M. Ms. Stone has also represented clients in challenges by governmental agencies. Practice areas include:

Corporate and General Business: Formation of new entities, corporate governance, operating and shareholder agreements, employment and consulting agreements, lending, leasing and equity financing, complex contract review, negotiation and drafting. Handle all phases of sales and acquisitions of businesses (due diligence, credit facilities, negotiating and drafting complex agreements), including franchises.

Real Estate: Draft and negotiate documents in connection with the disposition, acquisition and financing of commercial and residential property; negotiate and draft office, industrial and/or retail space leases for both landlords and tenants; handle title, survey and due diligence issues; management and brokerage agreements and related commercial real estate documentation.

Healthcare: Represented physicians, owners and operators of hospitals and skilled-nursing facilities in connection with a variety of business transactions including management agreements, directorships, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. 

Non-Profit: Formation and general nonprofit corporate governance, operational issues, sponsorship, commercial co-venture agreements, bylaw review and tax law compliance.
