Samuel Blakley is an Associate in the New York office of GRSM and is a member of the Construction practice group. He is admitted to practice in New York.
During law school, Samuel interned for Judge Marjorie Rendell in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also served as a Quorum Editor for the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
