Shannon M. Walsh is an associate in the Hartford office of Gordon & Rees and handles a wide range of litigation matters, including premises liability, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. She has experience defending professionals in the construction industry, including engineers, electricians and general contractors. Further, Ms. Walsh regularly defends corporations in employment matters, including claims of discrimination and retaliation.

Ms. Walsh received her B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in Sociology from the University of Connecticut and her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law. During law school, she interned with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Connecticut Attorney General’s office, as well as the Massachusetts Justice Project. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Walsh worked as the Asst. Youth Services Coordinator at Klingberg Family Centers in New Britain, managing the DCF Mentoring Program and the Respite Program.
