Shari Weintraub is a senior counsel with Gordon & Rees. As a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group, she specializes in the defense of complex toxic tort and product liability relating to asbestos exposure. Ms. Weintraub has represented a wide range of entities including corporations, insurance companies, and environmental abatement companies. Ms. Weintraub has also defended compounding pharmacies in malpractice/personal injury lawsuits. Her experience also includes legal malpractice, daycare lawsuits, elder abuse lawsuits, employment, and commercial contract disputes.

Ms. Weintraub has both trial and appellate experience. Her diverse experience has given her an essential and important understanding of the litigation and appellate process which assists her in every practice area as she develops strategies appropriate for each client. Ms. Weintraub participates in all aspects of a client's matter from intake, through discovery and litigation, settlement negotiations, trial, and (when necessary) post-trial and appellate practices, as well as mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Weintraub was also a lecturer and instructor for a national Bar review company teaching California and Nevada Bar candidates effective essay writing, performance exam and multi-state exam techniques.
