Steffanie M. Fain is an attorney in the Seattle office.  Her practice focuses on commercial and general civil litigation, with an emphasis on contract, business, and environmental disputes. Ms. Fain represents businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals, including directors and officers, relating to a wide variety of claims and issues, such as:

Ms. Fain counsels clients on all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy, risk evaluation, discovery and trial planning, and handles litigation at both the trial court and appellate court levels.  She also provides businesses with legal advice and assists with contract drafting and negotiation.

Community Involvement

Ms. Fain was appointed by the King County Executive to the Harborview Medical Center Board of Trustees in 2015.  Harborview Medical Center, owned by King County, is the only designated Level I adult and pediatric trauma and burn center in the state of Washington and serves as the regional trauma and burn referral center for Alaska, Montana and Idaho. The Harborview Board, as the representative authority of King County, oversees the provision of health care services in order to assure that high quality health care is made available to county residents.
 
Ms. Fain is also a board member for Trillium Employment Services, a non-profit organization developing employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. 
 
Other involvement with the community includes: King County Legal Walk-In Clinic, Committee Member and Volunteer and King County Bar Association, Pro Bono Services, Volunteer
