Sue Kim Leung is senior counsel in the Labor and Employment practice group in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees, LLP. She has experience in all aspects of employment matters in both state and federal courts, including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, FMLA, wrongful termination, and defamation. Ms. Leung has extensive experience litigating wage and hour claims and class actions.
Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, LLP, Ms. Leung’s experience includes other areas of law including consumer class actions, business litigation, and personal injury.
