Tara E. Lynch is an associate in the Boston office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Construction practice group. She focuses her practice on construction defect litigation and the defense of real estate and design professionals. Additionally, Ms. Lynch has experience in the defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death claims, premises liability claims, products liability claims, and representation of clients at the appellate level.
Ms. Lynch received her B.A. from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut, where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law, Syracuse, New York, where she graduated magna cum laude. While at Syracuse University, she served as Editor in Chief of the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter and as Articles Editor of The Labor Lawyer, an American Bar Association journal. During law school, Ms. Lynch served as a judicial intern in the New Hampshire Superior Court. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Lynch worked as a litigation associate at a regional law firm and completed a clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York. Ms. Lynch has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2014.
