Tatiana Dupuy is senior counsel in the San Diego office and a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort and Employment practice groups.
Ms. Dupuy has litigated a number of matters to successful resolution and has experience in a variety of heavily regulated practice areas. She has represented a wide range of entities in her practice including corporations, insurance companies, homeowners’ associations, construction companies and environmental abatement companies. The matters which she has handled have dealt with such issues as soil and groundwater contamination, mold contamination and environmental, occupational and industrial exposures to chemicals and toxic substances. Additionally, she has experience with asbestos-related matters, mold-related personal injury and wrongful death actions.
Ms. Dupuy also has a background in Employment Law. She has practiced employment law with a particular emphasis on advising and defending employers in matters involving wrongful termination, wage and hour, harassment, and discrimination.
Ms. Dupuy has experience working on intellectual property matters including, IP litigation and counseling transactional clients on copyright and trademark matters.
Ms. Dupuy is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Dupuy is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Voices for Children, a foundation which supports and assists foster children to ensure they have safe and permanent homes. She also volunteers for the Gina Eisenman Foundation, an organization devoted to the eradication of domestic violence.
