Yael Silverstein is Of Counsel in the firm's Austin office. Yael is an experienced trial attorney with more than seven years' experience in insurance defense and commercial litigation.
Yael has extensive experience conducting discovery, drafting motions, and trying cases. Her experience includes arguing and drafting motions for summary judgment, to dismiss, for discovery, to vacate, to reargue, and to renew. She has conducted trials and arbitrations, and conducted depositions, prepared written discovery, and engaged in settlement negotiations.
