UC Hastings Law Dean and Chancellor, Frank H. Wu, acknowledged Gordon & Rees for hosting a successful reception on September 28 in San Francisco in honor of UC Hastings College of the Law alumni who have been recognized as Super Lawyers® or Rising Stars®.
In his November 23rd Letter from the Dean, Dean Wu thanked "the many people who have been involved in a roll-out that has taken me from coast to coast (and beyond). I've been overwhelmed by the positive response at our receptions." The September 28 reception was hosted by Gordon & Rees partner and Hastings alumn Jack (Skip) McCowan. Skip also co-hosted a similar UC Hastings Super Lawyers/Rising Stars event in April.
