The national law firm of Gordon & Rees continues to expand its Los Angeles office with the addition of Associate Rebecca Marsden. Ms. Marsden is a member of the Employment Practice group and handles class actions, labor law, and complex business and corporate matters and disputes.
She has experience representing clients in age, race, national origin, sex, disability, and religion discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, whistleblower claims, wrongful discharge, defamation, breach of contract, intentional torts, emotional distress, and other workplace issues. Ms. Marsden counsels clients on human resource issues including employment contracts, severance agreements and employee handbooks and policies.
Ms. Marsden earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2007 and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Irvine.
