Ryan Sestack has joined Gordon & Rees's New York office as Associate. Mr. Sestack is a member of the Commercial Litigation Group.
His practice handles all phases of pretrial litigation from inception to trial, including court appearances, oral arguments, depositions, mediations, settlements, and client communications. His experience includes drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions seeking discovery, dismissal, and contractual and common-law indemnification, discovery demands and responses, notices to admit, expert disclosures, answers, and affidavits. Mr. Sestack has defended and taken more than 50 depositions and argued more than 10 motions. He has also assisted clients in matters involving general liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction law.
Mr. Sestack earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. in History from Fordham University.
