MultiCultural Law Magazine has ranked Gordon & Rees as 47th in its 2012 list of "Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity." Additionally, the firm was recognized in the following specialized listings:
- 11th - "Top 50 Law Firms for Partners"
- 16th - "Top 100 Law Firms for Women"
- 14th - "Top 25 Law Firms for Hispanic-Americans"

MultiCultural Law Magazine, celebrating its 8th year of publication, annually distributes surveys to law firms across the country to create its highly competitive listings. The Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity rankings were established to recognize law firms with a "pioneering spirit" that "advocate multiculturalism." The annual rankings are based upon surveys distributed to hundreds of law firms focusing on the diversity of attorneys, the role of a diversity committee, mentorship programs, and leadership support.
