Miami Partner and former Third District Court of Appeals (DCA) Chief Judge David M. Gersten will be the moderator of a judicial panel featuring three current DCA judges. The presentation is part of the Appellate Legends Lunch CLE "Gaining the Winning Edge" on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 11:30 a.m.
Gersten will moderate the discussion and questions to the panelists from the attendees. The panelists include Chief Judge of the Third DCA Richard J. Suarez, Third DCA Judge Kevin Emas and Third DCA Judge Edwin A. Scales, III. Opening remarks will be made by attorney Deborah Baker-Egozi and Retired Judge Ronald C. Dresnick.
