William P. Bresnahan II has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani in the firm's Pittsburgh office. Bresnahan is a member of the firm's real estate and commercial litigation practice groups.
"We are very pleased to have Bill join Gordon & Rees," said Manoj Jegasothy, Pittsburgh Office Managing Partner. "Bill brings vast experience representing a wide range of clients in both real estate and commercial litigation. He will be an asset in meeting the legal needs of our clients locally and as our firm continues to expand nationally."

Bresnahan’s strength is real estate tax assessment appeals and he has an exceptional defense record of national commercial and industrial businesses. He serves as trial counsel for North America’s largest property tax firm handling their real estate litigation, worth billions of dollars, all across the East Coast.
Bresnahan is admitted in Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court.
