Liliya joins the New York office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She represents clients in the construction industry in both state and federal courts. She has extensive litigation skills and comprehensive knowledge of the issues in the construction industry to diligently serve as a legal advocate for her construction clients. Liliya earned her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and her B.A. from St. John's University.
Lindsey joins the New York office as a member of the Employment practice group. She represents clients in the construction industry in both state and federal courts. She counsels employers on workplace issues including recruitment, termination, leave, accommodation, drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants, and compliance with discrimination and wage laws. She also has experience conducting internal investigations of employee disputes. Lindsey earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Jacob joins the Boston office as a member of the Construction practice group. He has a wide range of litigation experience in federal and state court. He has handled matters involving construction defects, professional malpractice, contract disputes, constitutional law, and employment law. To date, Jacob has tried six jury cases to verdict and received a favorable jury verdict for each of his clients. Jacob earned his J.D. from New England Law | Boston and his B.S. from Providence College.
Phil joins the Atlanta office as a member of the Employment practice group. He is experienced in representing companies throughout all stages of complex civil litigation. He devotes the majority of his practice to product liability, toxic tort, employment and general liability defense matters. He vigorously defends companies in multi-million dollar actions, including both personal injury and wrongful death matters. Phil earned his J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law and his B.M. from Berklee College of Music.
Brian joins the Portland office as a member of the Tort & Product Liability practice group. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Brian spent several years as an associate at a Northwest law firm, where he gained extensive experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, and architects in construction defect, breach of contract, and collections matters as well as representing manufacturers and distributors in product defect claims. Brian earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and his B.S. and B.A. from Santa Clara University.
Logan joins the Philadelphia office as a member of the Insurance practice group and focuses his practice on property damage losses. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Logan worked at two Philadelphia based law firms where he assisted plaintiffs in the area of personal injury law. Logan earned his J.D. from Widener University, School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Michael joins the New York office as a member of the Tort & Product Liability practice group. He has experience representing manufacturers of various products in lawsuits across the country. He has negotiated numerous favorable settlements on behalf of his clients prior to and during litigation. Before he began working in the product liability field, Michael was an associate at Manhattan's oldest and largest medical defense firm. He also has experience working for banking institutions in real estate litigation actions. Michael earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
Gregg joins the New York office as a member of the Tort & Product Liability practice group. He specializes in product liability defense with a focus on defending domestic and foreign manufacturers and distributors in civil litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States. With over 20 years of experience, Gregg has defended product liability and breach of warranty cases involving a wide variety of products, including household goods and appliances, automotive products including tires, building materials, plumbing materials, batteries, power tools, bicycles and components, children’s toys, holiday electric decorations, theatrical props, gasoline additives, etc. Gregg earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and his B.A. from Muhlenberg College.
Daniel joins the Dallas office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and his B.A. from Tulane University.
James joins the New York office as a member of the Tort & Product Liability practice group. He has obtained several favorable verdicts at trial and aggressively defends his clients at mediation and arbitration. He counsels manufacturers, distributors and retailers in subrogation, product defect claims, and coverage disputes. He has extensive experience representing clients in proceedings at all stages of litigation in local, state and federal courts throughout United States. James earned his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and his B.A. from University at Albany, State University of New York.
Allison joins the San Francisco office as a member of the Employment practice group. She represents public and private entities in all types of employment litigation matters in state and federal court. Her experience includes all aspects of litigation, to include pre-litigation stages such as the government claims process and administrative exhaustion requirements, through the appellate process. Allison earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Kunal joins the Dallas office as a member of the Employment practice group. His practice focuses on representing corporate clients in employment litigation involving Title VII, the ADA, the FLSA, the ADEA, the FMLA, Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code, and the Texas Whistleblower Act. Kunal has extensive experience in handling all aspects of single plaintiff and class/collective action employment litigation from inception through trial, appeal, or settlement. Kunal earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. from Rutgers University.
Joseph joins the Oakland office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He is well versed in all aspects of litigation through trial and appeal, and has defended and resolved innumerable cases in his career. Since 1999, he has defended claims based on allegations of asbestos exposure. He is skilled in all subject areas and issues related to asbestos cases and proficient with practically every asbestos exposure scenario. Joseph earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and his B.A. from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta.
Michael joins the Orange County office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He has represented clients at trial, arbitration, and mediation in a broad range of complex business matters, including contract disputes, business fraud, and multi-million dollar property, construction, shareholder actions and partnership disputes. He has also had significant success for his clients in class action litigation in both state and federal courts. Michael earned his J.D. from Western State University College of Law and his B.S. from Oxford Brookes University.
