Peter joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Employment practice group. He has experience working on multiple class and representative wage and hour actions across various industries, including the security guard, transportation, hospitality and retail industries. Peter also has appellate experience in the Ninth Court of Appeals and California Supreme Court. Peter earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Southern California.
William joins the San Diego office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He is an experienced trial lawyer, handling cases involving professional liability claims, construction litigation, and high-exposure toxic tort litigation. His clients include retailers, manufacturers, developers, general contractors and large infrastructure engineering companies. Additionally, he represents clients in all types of real estate disputes (including but not limited to: issues/claims related to easements, encroachments, landlord/tenant, landslides, all types of construction matters, failure to disclose, premises liability and water diversion facilities). William earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School and his B.A. from San Jose State University.
Judith joins the Sacramento office as a member of the Maritime and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Judith earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her B.S. from California Polytechnic State University.
Mary joins the San Diego office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Mary practiced litigation in Missoula, Montana, where she litigated Federal Employers’ Liability Act claims, tort claims and civil rights claims. Mary routinely assisted clients with business and real estate transactions. Mary earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and her B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi.
Gabrielle joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Employment practice group. Her practice primarily focuses on the defense of employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. She also counsels employers on litigation avoidance practices as well as day-to-day employment-related issues. Gabrielle earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Joseph joins the San Diego office as a member of the Employment and Commercial Litigation practice groups. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, writs, and appeals. He has represented clients in both State and federal trial courts, before the California Court of Appeal, the San Diego City Council, and in arbitrations and mediations. Before practicing law, Joseph served as an intelligence specialist in the United States Navy. Joseph earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his B.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
Roland joins the Portland office as a member of the Tort & Product Liability practice group. He has experience handling complex, commercial, and employment litigation cases and has successfully arbitrated and mediated several cases. Roland earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and his B.A. from Washington State University.
Tiffany joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Employment practice group. Her employment litigation practice includes defending clients against claims of discrimination, failure to accommodate, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Tiffany represented insurance companies in a wide range of matters, including construction law, personal injury, employment law, indemnity and coverage disputes. She has experience litigating in both state and federal courts, and in arbitration and administrative settings. Tiffany earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Jennifer joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Employment practice group. She represents public and private employers in class action and single-Plaintiff litigation cases focusing on labor and employment law issues. As a litigator, Jennifer represents clients in state and federal court trials, appeals, administrative hearings, arbitrations, and mediations involving a wide variety of labor and employment cases, including disputes involving class actions, Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims, wage and hour issues such as overtime and meal and rest period claims, and various other disputes. Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Tiffany joins the Atlanta office as a member of the Employment practice group. Tiffany earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her B.S. from Florida State University.
