Pamela Webb Named Assistant Managing Partner of Firm’s Nashville Office

Partner Pamela Webb has been named Assistant Managing Partner of the firm's Nashville office.

Pamela Webb began her practice in 2001 working as litigation counsel in Georgia for one of the largest property and casualty insurers in the United States, which allowed her to gain considerable experience handling bench and jury trials from jury selection and opening statement to verdict early in her career. Ms. Webb also handled coverage issues, examinations under oath, and first party litigation. She then moved her practice to an insurance defense firm in Atlanta, defending catastrophic injury and large scale property damage cases stemming from construction site and trucking/transportation accidents. In 2014, she returned to her home state of Tennessee to continue her work representing insurers and their policyholders in actions arising out of motor vehicle and interstate transportation accidents as well as those involving premises liability, religious institution liability, healthcare liability, and coverage and unfair settlement practice allegations.

The Nashville team has long term established connections in the local and business communities and throughout Tennessee and other southern states.  This highly skilled group of attorneys offers unparalleled legal advice on issues in a broad range practice areas including the commercial litigation, employment, entertainment & recreation, health care, intellectual property, professional liability defense, retail & hospitality, tort & product liability, and construction.

“We have grown significantly since we opened the office four years ago, and a key to our success has been our focus on supporting our team members’ individual development. Pam has been a steady advisor to our team members since joining us two years ago, and adding her to our leadership team will help ensure we continue dedicating important resources to each member of our team,” said Heather Gwinn Pabon, Office Managing Partner.

Our Nashville team frequently collaborates with Gordon & Rees attorneys across the country to provide strategic counsel on legal issues impacting their clients.
