Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Rachel T. Velilla as a Partner in the firm's Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego offices. She joins the firm's Insurance, Trucking & Transportation, and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Ms. Velilla represents individuals, corporations, and self-insured entities in a wide range of general liability matters, including premises liability, vehicle accident liability, trucking and transportation liability, and common carrier liability. Her experience includes defending wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and other complex injury matters. In addition, she handles matters for retail establishments, hospitality groups, trucking companies, insurance companies, and matters related to commercial and residential property.

She is admitted to practice in California and New York. She earned her law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center, and her undergraduate degree from City University of New York: Queens College.
