GRSM Welcomes Brian L. Frary as Partner in Employment Law Practice Group

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Brian L. Frary as a Partner in the firm's San Diego office, strengthening the firm's Employment Law practice group. 

Frary has practiced law in San Diego for over 20 years. His practice includes business litigation, consumer finance litigation defense, including the defense of FDCPA, TCPA, and GLBA cases, class actions, real property litigation, product liability, personal injury, construction defect litigation, and professional liability defense.

"We are excited to have Brian join GRSM," shared Brandon Saxon, Assistant Managing Partner of the firm's San Diego office and Chair of the office's Employment Practice Group. "His experience and accomplishments will be an asset to our firm and clients, and we look forward to his partnership."

He is a long-time member of ACA International and the San Diego Bar Association. Frary has spent ten years as corporate counsel for publicly traded corporations, managing their worldwide litigation.

He is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Frary earned his law degree from the University of San Diego and his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.
