Biography

Alyssa Garcia is an Associate in GRSM’s Orange County office. Alyssa’s practice focuses on complex environmental and toxic tort disputes. Alyssa is a proponent for diversity in the legal profession and strives to serve as an advocate. Alyssa applies skills of communication and presentation, legal analysis, and zealous representation of her clients in each and every case. As a student practitioner in the District Attorney’s office, Alyssa successfully obtained a verdict in a domestic violence bench trial. Currently, Alyssa is active in all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
