Andrea Hofer is an Associate in the Columbus office to GRSM. Andrea represents clients in state and federal courts as a litigation associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Andrea graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2021. In her time at Moritz, she was heavily involved in the school’s Moot Court and Lawyering Skills Program, competing on numerous negotiations, mock trial, and moot court teams, winning the 2019 Lawrence Negotiation Competition and the 2021 Colley Mock Trial Competition, and being awarded as a top oralist in the 2021 Child Welfare and Adoption Law Moot Court Competition. 

Before joining GRSM, Andrea worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Civil Division of the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office. In that role, Andrea served as legal counsel for the county and its agencies, advocating for her clients throughout the litigation process, in and out of the courtroom. She has experience on subject matters including labor and employment law, eminent domain and land use, and election law among others.
