Ayushi Neogi is an associate attorney in the Employment Law practice group in the San Francisco office. Ayushi defends employers from all employment law actions, including but not limited to, claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and other state law claims.
Ayushi joined the firm in January 2022 after working at a mid-sized insurance defense litigation firm. While at law school, Ayushi externed for the Oakland Unified School District on employment matters, and was the Legal Coordinator of the Workers’ Rights Clinic, which assisted workers with their appeals for unemployment insurance to the Labor Commissioner.
