Bailey L. McKay is an Associate in the Tulsa office of GRSM. He is a member of the Health Care, Employment Law, and Retail & Hospitality practice groups. Bailey’s practice focuses on the areas of health care, medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, commercial and business litigation, premises liability, construction defect, employment litigation and professional malpractice defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Bailey began his legal career practicing complex commercial litigation defending corporate clients in federal and state courts across the U.S. He represented a multinational manufacturer of material handling equipment in its North American litigation matters.
While attending the University of Oklahoma College of Law, he interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission garnering first-hand experience in handling issues arising between employers and their employees.
