Caroline Nam is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and a member of the Labor & Employment Law practice. She represents and defends clients in a variety of employment lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.
Caroline graduated from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and was involved in many moot court competitions, including the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition where she placed as a regional finalist. During her time in law school, Caroline served as the Executive Submissions & Online Editor on the Chapman Law Review, clerked for the Supreme Court of Rwanda assisting in policy reform, and served as a research assistant to Matthew Parlow, Chapman’s Executive Vice President and Parker S. Kennedy Professor of Law.
Prior to joining GRSM, Caroline worked in business litigation and employer defense at a firm in Newport Beach, California.
