David L. Merino is an Associate in the firm’s New York office. He concentrates his practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. His experience includes litigating complex construction defect, product defect, and property damage matters. In addition, David has handled insurance coverage and commercial claims. Further, he has experience in personal injury, auto accidents, and labor law.
As an intern during law school, David gained experience assisting attorneys with applications related to software, medical, and electrical patents, conducting research, preparing copyright and trademark applications, and drafting responses to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office inquiries.
