Erin Salfen is Senior Counsel in the St. Louis office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups. Erin handles all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. She specializes in complex litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, construction law, transportation law, class action, insurance coverage, and appellate practice in both state and federal court.
Recently, she has won early dismissals in class, insurance coverage, and complex transportation actions. Erin is also Co-chair of the State Bar of Missouri’s Tort and Transportation Committee and advises lawyers and business leaders on a variety of litigation topics. Prior to joining GRSM, she worked as a trial attorney for a large insurance carrier and led commercial litigation efforts at a boutique firm. She also worked in the Eighth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, writing opinions and memoranda for the judges.
