Justine Kilpatrick is a Partner in the Sacramento office of GRSM. She is a civil litigation attorney passionate about the efficient resolution of disputes through settlement, motion practice, arbitration, or trial. Justine practices throughout California.

Justine represents employers in a variety of administrative and civil claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. She also represents businesses in an assortment of commercial litigation disputes. 

Justine brings a wealth of knowledge defending general liability and professional liability claims in the areas of real estate (agents and brokers), insurance (agents and brokers), lawyers, and escrow. She has successfully handled cases involving homeowners' associations, products liability, insurance coverage, monitoring counsel, rescission, and construction defense.
