Jenna M. Miller is an Associate at GRSM’s Chicago office and focuses her practice on Insurance Coverage, Technology Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. She has extensive litigation experience in all facets of civil litigation from pleadings through settlement negotiations, including representing and advocating for clients at depositions and in court.
Prior to joining GRSM, Jenna worked for a premier litigation firm defending complex product liability, toxic tort, and commercial claims, including a multidistrict litigation matter for an international corporate client. Jenna also gained extensive litigation experience from working at a leading Chicago-based plaintiff’s injury firm, where she was involved in obtaining record-breaking verdicts and settlements for various medical malpractice and birth trauma matters.
Jenna received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy. Prior to law school, Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a pre-law concentration at Marist College.
