Joseph C. Sullivan is a Partner in the Atlanta office of GRSM. Joseph represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligent misrepresentation, general negligence, professional liability, and civil RICO violations. In his labor and employment practice, he effectively resolves claims relating to race, gender and age discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, harassment, wrongful termination, and employment and restrictive covenant agreements.
Joseph has been recognized as an elite attorney based on his ability to successfully prevent potentially devastating legal matters from escalating out of control, while at the same time demonstrating the tact and skill required should those legal matters proceed to trial. While Joseph thrives on the sometimes frenzied and chaotic aspects of trial, he is even more driven to obtain successful results for his clients so that the time and expense associated with costly litigations are rendered moot.
