Katherine H. Stark is an Associate in the Dallas office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Prior to joining GRSM, Katherine was an Assistant Attorney General in the Open Records Division in Austin. She also previously worked at an AM Law 100 firm where she represented various healthcare entities and medical professionals in medical malpractice cases. Katherine also has a broad range of insurance defense experience.
Katherine has represented insurance carriers and their Insureds in a wide variety of insurance defense cases, including premises liability and personal injury. She has also successfully defended healthcare providers and medical personnel in medical malpractice suits. Additionally, Katherine has negotiated favorable settlements in each of these areas.
