Biography

Kyrollos H. Fekry is an Associate in the Wilmington office of GRSM and is a member of the Insurance practice group. Prior to joining GRSM, Kyrollos was a litigation associate at a Delaware-based defense firm where he represented insurers, small business owners, and employers.

Kyrollos focuses his practice on the intricate realms of commercial law, professional liability, and employment and insurance matters. Specifically, Kyrollos concentrates his practice on corporate governance matters, including the governance and securities issued by Delaware corporations and alternative entities and the fiduciary duties owed by directors and officers.  

Kyrollos also services corporations across various areas, including product liability and toxic tort litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death. Additionally, he represents construction firms, developers, and design professionals in a diverse array of complex commercial disputes.

Kyrollos is a Delaware native, graduating from Smyrna High School in 2015. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wesley College in 2019, graduating magna cum laude. While at Wesley, he was a member of the Men’s Soccer team. He earned his J.D. from Delaware Law School in 2022, graduating cum laude. At Delaware Law, Kyrollos was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, Coptic Lawyers SBA, and State and Local Law Society.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Kyrollos serves as a Board Member for St. Mary’s Missionary, a philanthropy group dedicated to serving all three Delaware counties. Kyrollos is also a writer for the Coptic Voice, a non-profit government organization dedicated to building a global Coptic identity through editorial efforts of online publication, several podcasts, and a book press.
