Nicole C. DeSanctis is an Associate in the Seattle office of GRSM, where she is a member of the Employment practice group. Nicole has experience representing employers before federal and state agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Washington Department of Labor and Industries, and the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. In addition, Nicole has experience advising employers on a variety of workplace issues including reasonable accommodations, disability issues, disciplinary action and termination of employees.
