Osmaan Khan is an Associate in the Northern California offices of GRSM. Osmaan has represented clients in various matters such as tort (product and premises) liability, professional liability and malpractice, breach of contract, construction defect, breach of 1st Amendment rights, and others.

Prior to joining the firm, Osmaan was a Removal Defense litigator in San Francisco, assisting refugees and asylum seekers navigate the complex maze of federal immigration enforcement, the immigration courts and their appellate forums. Osmaan has also worked at a San Francisco-based litigation firm where he worked on a range of matters, including plaintiff side personal injury and insurance coverage. 

In Karachi, Pakistan, Osmaan primarily worked on regulatory counseling and compliance, financial recovery, along with litigation and investigations for financial institutions and utility companies.
