Richard J. Finn is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM. He is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Product & General Liability practice groups. Richard has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts including matters that have tried to verdict in California and Nevada.
Richard’s practice is generally comprised of complex litigation matters, usually involving catastrophic personal injury claims. He has experience representing a spectrum of clients including manufacturers, distributor and retailers in toxic tort personal injury lawsuits including those of bodily injury, property damage, trespass, nuisance and soil contamination.
Richard is a seasoned attorney renowned for his trial experience. With an impressive track record, he has personally handled numerous trials, securing many favorable verdicts cases, while adeptly negotiating settlements in the remainder. Additionally, Richard has successfully represented clients in two binding arbitrations, demonstrating his proficiency in navigating complex legal proceedings both inside and outside the courtroom.
