Sinny B. Thai is a Senior Counsel practicing in all of California in the Commercial Litigation practice group. She is an experienced litigator who has defended various corporate entities such as software companies, trucking companies, transportation companies, real estate developers, national manufacturers, companies in the precious gemstone industry, investors and homeowners in matters involving complex litigation, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, insurance subrogation, real estate, and contractual claims. Sinny counsels clients on liability exposure, defense costs and policy issues in initial and continued case evaluation. Throughout her career, she has regularly managed multiple cases ranging from civil litigation to business transactions.

She is familiar with all aspects of file handling from inception through trial. She has second-chaired multiple high profile and high exposure jury trials involving multi-party real estate matters and claims where punitive damages were at stake. She has taken and defended many depositions including party, third-party witnesses and expert depositions. Sinny has extensive experience representing clients in mediation often involving multimillion dollar claims. She has successfully orchestrated settlements between insurance carriers, clients and opposing parties.
