Ulla Pajala is a Partner with extensive experience in in toxic torts and environmental cases, other personal injury cases and construction defect litigation. She manages her cases from inception to successful resolution, handling discovery, depositions, law and motion, and is experienced in trial preparation and trials in both state and federal courts. Ulla regularly defends product manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and building owners. She has drafted and argued numerous winning motions for summary judgment and she represents clients in various courts across the California.
